Photovoltaic Water Pump Inverter
Product Overview
The SHSS600 photovoltaic water pump inverter utilizes MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking technology and advanced motor drivetechniques to maximize the power output from solar panels. The SHSS600 supports both DC and AC input, and its AC output is compatiblewith a wide range of standard AC water pumps. When sunlightis unavailable or too weak to power the pump, the inverter automaticallyswitches to single-phase or three-phase AC input-such as from a generator or the utility grid.
The SHSS600 offers comprehensive protection features-including dry -run prevention, low-solar detection, full-tank detection, and automaticfault diagnostics-as well as soft start and speed control functions for the motor. Itis feature -rich, user-friendly, and easy to install
Additionally, the SHBF600 provides a remote monitoring solution, enabling users to remotely access real-time operational data and fautinformation.
Product Features
It consists of a solar panel array, a photovoltaic water pump inverter, an AC water pump, and a storage tank, using solar energy as its power source to draw water from sources such as deep wells, rivers, or lakes via the pump.
Working Principle
The solar panel array absorbs sunlight and converts it into electrical energy to power the system. The photovoltaic water pump inverter converts the direct current (DC) output from the solar array into alternatingcurrent (AC) to drive the water pump. It also continuously adjusts the voltage and frequency in real time accordingto solar irradiance, implementing Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) to maximize solar energy utilization. When sunlight is insufficient, the system can switch to grid power as a supplementary source
System Features
Automatic start/stop (starts at sunrise, stops at sunset); no backup batteries required -operates whenever there is sunlight.
Adaptable to various water-demand scenarios and compatible with all types of solar panels and AC water pumps (e.g., self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, etc.).
Operates reliably in ambient temperatures up to 60°C.
Supports GPRS remote monitoring of operational status and remote start/stop control.
Stable performance even on cloudy days, offering a higher long-term return on investment compared to diesel generators.
Built-in comprehensive protection functions; fully automatic operation requires no dedicated personnel for supervision.
Application Scenarios
Primarily used for daily water supply, agricultural and forestry irrigation, desertification control, livestock watering, wastewater treatment, landscape fountains, swimming pools, and similar applications.

Note:
1. Depending on the lighting conditions in diferent regions, the power of the photovoltaic array should be at least 1.3 times that of the pump2 When using a deep well pump or in situations where the inverter output power line is long, the inverter needs to be derated and an output
reactor must be installed.
