    Product Profile

    The SHR3E soft starter is a brand-new integrated intelligent motor control and protection product launched by Shuoshi Electric. Combining rich experience in industry applications and a deep understanding of customers' special application requirements, and based on years of product research and development, it has added new functions, improving the reliability and convenience of customer applications.

    The soft starter is a digital motor soft starting product. It can control the motor to accelerate smoothly during the starting process and decelerate smoothly during the stopping process, and it provides protection functions for both the motor and the product itself. It is the best upgraded alternative to traditional star-delta and reactor starters. It is suitable for asynchronous squirrel-cage motors with a power range of 0.75-90kW.

    The soft starter is equipped with an RS485 communication interface and supports the Modbus protocol, enabling comprehensive remote control and monitoring by a microcomputer. It can be widely used in industries such as textiles, metallurgy, agriculture, petroleum, chemical, water treatment, shipping, transportation, pharmaceuticals, food processing, mining, and mechanical equipment.

    Function

    The SHR3E series soft starters can directly set the parameters of starting time, stopping time and initial voltage through three potentiometers. All models in the SHR3E series soft starters have built-in bypass relays. Users do not need to additionally install external bypass contactors. The soft start adopts the voltage ramp starting method.

    During the soft stop process, the output torque can be maintained (final torque control), thus effectively preventing the water hammer effect. It can adopt two connection methods, delta external connection and star external connection. Real-time data (phase A current, phase B current, phase C current, average current, etc.) can be read through communication.*Note. Fault history records (10 fault history records, etc.) can be read through communication. *Note.
