Product Overview
The SHR5E is a miniature digital soft starter specifically designed for three-phase smallsquirrel-cage motors.
It can flexibly achieve soft starting and soft stopping, and both the soft starting and softstopping processes are adjustable. The initial voltage (initial torque) during soft startinghas multiple gear options.
In this way, the impact of current and mechanical torque during the motor startingprocess is greatly reduced, protecting the safety of the motor equipment and the powersupply network. lt can be widely applied to various small motor devices, such as in thecontrol systems of industrial and commercial air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers,water pumps, etc.
This enables users to lower the requirements for the quality of the power supply networkreduce the burden on the power grid, and extend the service life of the equipment.
Main features
It has a small, compact and sturdy structure, facilitatingintegration into the control system.
The DlN rail groove base enables easy installation and fixation.Parameters are adjusted through a centralized knob, featuringsimple and intuitive operation.
With LED indicators, the power supply, operating status andfault analysis are clear at a glance.
The soft -start and soft -stop times are adjustable, and thereare multiple options for the initial soft - start voltage.
lt is equipped with a built -in bypass contactor, which reduceslosses and extends the service life of the equipment.
